we were there for 1 day, everything was modern, appreciated its quiet and good location short walk to the outskirts of town and the restaurant. the food in the restaurant was outstanding. the staff was caring and helpful providing assistance.

My husband and I stayed at La Moncloa De San Lazaro for one night during our Camino journey. The refurbished 13th-century hospital-turned-hotel was a delightful surprise. Our spacious room and large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub were a rare luxury on the trail. The check-in empanada and wine were a tasty welcome treat. The complimentary stocked refrigerator and comfortable bed added to our enjoyment. With its convenient location just outside of town, we easily explored the nearby downtown area. a great find and highly recommended.

The restaurant's windows offered beautiful views, creating a pleasant holiday vibe. And the bird song from the courtyard trees was like a slice of Heaven in the morning. we highly recommend this hotel, even though it may be a bit difficult to find at first.

The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The location couldn't have been better - right on the Camino and only half a mile from downtown.
